This share of special payment must include all those special payments that another comparable employee received for the previous year. The formula applied to estimate this is:

Share of special payment
= current total gross amount * special payment percentage / 100

Example

If a full monthly salary is paid as holiday bonus, and 33% of a monthly salary is paid as vacation bonus, a special payment percentage of 133.00 is to be entered.
