In pension insurance, Calculation of constant values becomes active for employees exempted from PI contributions (PI key 5).

The following possible options exist for calculation of constant values in pension insurance:

  • 01 A compensation for constant values is paid with a one-time payment in a month.
  • 02 A compensation for constant values will possibly be paid also in the following months after the payment of a one-time payment. (Default setting)
  • 03 As a rule, the employer's contribution, which an employee liable to PI deductions would received, is paid. This may result in a liability to pay taxes (no calculation of constant values).
  • Otherwise As a rule, only the tax-exempt employer's contribution is paid. (No calculation of constant values).
