In general, the forms for employment tax certification change annually. For this reason, you must copy the new forms to your productive client from the SAP client. You must make sure that target forms with the same name in customers' clients (if available) are deleted beforehand. The form class is defaulted with CSTB for the employment tax certification.
Activities
Copy the new employment tax certifications from client 000 into your productive client.
In the standard system, the forms are generally described as DByy for the general employment tax statement (employment tax card label), DCyy for the special employment tax statement, and DFyy for the statement for part-time employees (yy = statement year).
The following forms are currently delivered in the standard system:
- DB00 or DC00 for 2000.
- DB01 or DC01 for 2001.
- DB02, DC02, or DF02 as of 2002.
- DF00 for 2000 and 2001.
You can use program SAPMPUFK to copy the form.
