In general, the forms for employment tax notification change annually. For this reason, you must copy the new forms to your productive client from the SAP client. Make sure that target forms with the same name in customers' clients (if available) are deleted beforehand. The form class is defaulted with CSTA for the employment tax notification.

Activities

Copy the new DA1* forms from client 000 to your productive client for the employment tax notification. You can do this using report RPUFRM00.
The following forms are assigned to the following states:

  • DA11: Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg
  • DA13: Lower Saxony
  • DA14: Bremen
  • DA15: North Rhine-Westphalia
  • DA16: Hessen
  • DA17: Rhineland-Palatinate
  • DA18: Baden-Württemberg
  • DA19: Bavaria
  • DA1A: Saarland
  • DA1B: Berlin
  • DA1C: Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-West Pomerania, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt,
  • DA1G: Thuringia

Notes

The DA0* forms were valid up to and including 1998. Form DA0C was valid for Thuringia, the other assignments remained unchanged.
