In the employment tax notification, the Personnel Area Reporting function is used to group personnel areas into company offices for employment tax.

This means the following for the employment tax notification:

• If the personnel areas and subareas are not mapped in the way that they are to be reported to the State Statistics Office, they can be merged accordingly
  For the survey for the services area, the company offices are to be merged for each state
• If you have previously used a feature for the merging, you can continue to use this

Activities

Under Personnel Area Reporting, merge your personnel areas and subareas as required and then store the related data. Select the LSTA # Employment Tax Notification subapplication for this purpose.

This data must be stated so that the employment tax notification can be created.
