If you would like to show the tax-exempt portion alloted to the bonus wage type individually for your bonus wage types according to §3b EStG, you can do this in this step.
Example
You have two bonus wage types for night work on a Sunday - the wage types night bonus and Sunday bonus - and wish to know how high the tax-exempt portion alloted to each of these bonuses is. You want to show the tax-exempt portion allotted to each of these two bonuses in a separate wage type, namely "tax-exempt nightwork bonus" and "tax-exempt Sunday work bonus".
Activities
- In the following view, please enter the bonus wage types for which you wish to display the tax-exempt portion alloted to the bonus wage type.
- Switch to the detail screen. Please enter, as a derived wage type on the first position, the wage type in which the tax-exempt portion alloted to the bonus wage type is to be stored. If you specify a further wage type on the second position, the taxable portion of the bonus wage type is stored in it.
Please use the SAP sample entries as a reference for this.
Further notes
If you do not maintain this view, only the total of the tax-exempt portions alloted to your bonus wage types is stored.
