If you enter your wage types for Sunday bonuses, night bonuses or public holiday bonuses via infotype 2010, Employee Remuneration Information, assign SAP wage types and the tax exemption percentage rate to these wage types in this step. As a result, the bonus wage types can only be processed in payroll accounting.
Bonus wage types are posted as employee remuneration information if you do not use SAP time recording.

  1. In the view linked to this step, assign SAP bonus wage types to your bonus wage types which were posted via employee remuneration information.
  2. Enter the tax exemption percentage rate for your bonus wage types which are assigned to the SAP wage types.
  3. Check whether you have already maintained the SAP bonus wage types correspondingly in processing class 39 of T512W (step: Code wage types)
