Use

In this Customizing activity, you can process the data of the Reporting personnel area for the ELStAM procedure (subapplication LSTC). Make the entries for the validity area as of January 1, 1900.

You can make the following settings:

• Delay Deregistration:
  You can specify here the date on which the deregistration is to occur with the clearing house when an employee leaves the company. The deregistration does not occur on the leaving date, but one or more periods later.
• Start ELStAM:
  Specifies as of when the employment tax deduction features are reported using the ELStAM procedure. The field also controls as of when the ELStAM-specific fields are displayed in the Fiscal Data D infotype (0012).
• Open Tax Year:
  Specifies the payroll period up until which a previous year for tax is to be opened.
• Override Start of Employment
  The earliest entry date is registered as the start of the employment relationship. You can override this data as follows:
• Enter the initial entry date in the infotype Contract Elements (0016)
  To do so, select the checkbox Using IT 0016.
• Enter a date type in the infotype Date Specifications (0041)
  To do so, select the checkbox Using IT 0041 and enter the date type.

  You can also use the exit HRPAYDEST_E2_BESCHBG to specify the start of the employment relationship. For example, this can be necessary for pensioners without a hiring action.

• Deregistration for Death:
  If you select this checkbox, a deregistration occurs for the death of the employee. Background: As soon as the clearing house knows about the death of the employee, the employer no longer has access authorization.

  Due to a change in procedure, an employee needs to be deregistered in the event of death. The checkbox is obsolete since the report ELStAM: Create Registrations and Deregistrations automatically deregisters an employee in the event of death.

• Transfer Religion:
  Specifies how the religious denomination is set in the master data after the employee has left the company or a request is rejected because the employee#s data is locked.
• Non-Participation for Der.
  If you select the checkbox, when you import a clearing house response to a deregistration in the ELStAM procedure, the Special Processing field in the Fiscal Data D (0012) infotype is set to Does Not Participate. This locks the employee for the ELStAM procedure.
  Reset the Special Processing field manually if the employee is to participate in the ELStAM procedure again.
