In this menu option, you create a cumulation wage type for guaranteed net amounts. You must set up a cumulation wage type from the assigned wage types of the views "Guaranteed net amounts".

Requirements

  • You must only work through this menu option if you have guaranteed net amounts where the garnishment liability is checked against a predefined limit (for example Christmas bonus).
  • You have already defined a cumulation wage type in the "Wage type catalog".

Standard settings
In the standard R/3 System, there is no cumulation wage type for
guaranteed net amounts. To generate a cumulation wage type, the personnel calculation rule DP04 exists in the standard system as a reference.

Recommendation

You must generate a cumulation wage type in a personnel calculation rule.
You can use the personnel calculation rule as a reference. In this personnel calculation rule, generation of a wage type is stored as an example. Consider the notes in the editor of the personnel calculation rule.

Activities

  1. Copy the personnel calculation rule DP04 to the

    N1 Copy the personnel calculation rule DP04 to the cycl $P04.
  2. Change the reference in the personnel calculation rule $P04. Use your wage types for the Christmas bonus.
  3. Activate the line in the schema DPF0 with the function ACTIO and parameter 1 DP04: Remove the * in the field D (execution}).
  4. Enter your personnel calculation rule $P04 in this line in parameter 1 instead of the personnel calculation rule DP04.
