In this menu option, you create a cumulation wage type for the Christmas bonus.

Requirements

  • Your Christmas payments consist of several wage types.
  • You have already defined a cumulation wage type in the "Wage type catalog".

Standard settings

In the standard SAP R/3 System, the cumulation wage type for the Christmas bonus is not set up, as the payment only consists of a wage type at Christmas. To generate a cumulation wage type, the personnel calculation rule DP04 exists in the standard system as a reference.

Recommendation

You must generate a cumulation wage type in a personnel calculation rule. You can use the personnel calculation rule DP04 as a reference. In this personnel calculation rule, generation of a wage type is stored as an example. Consider the notes in the source text of the personnel calculation rule.

Activities

  1. Copy the personnel calculation rule DP04 to the personnal calculation rule $P04.
  2. Change the reference in the personnel calculation rule $P04. Use your wage types for the Christmas bonus.
  3. Activate the line in the schema DPF0 with the function ACTIO and parameter 1 DP04: Remove the * in the field D (execution}).
  4. Enter your personnel calculation rule $P04 in this line in parameter 1 instead of the personnel calculation rule DP04.
