In certain garnishments, you must include amounts received by an employee outside the company (e.g. child allowance) in the garnishable total. These wage types are created in this step.
Example
Child allowance is to be included as part of the garnishable income.
Requirements
You need only work through this step if a garnishment requires that you include external payments in the garnishable income.
Standard settings
Model wage type MW50 (Child allowance) is included in the garnishable amount.
Activities
- Define wage types for external payments.
- Copy the standard model wage type MW50 to create your own.
