In this step, you can store addresses in the system that you frequently require when processing garnishments:

  • Court Addresses
  • Creditor Addresses
  • Other addresses for correspondence (for example, lawyers' addresses)

As well as the postal address, you can store further information for communication (for example, fax, E-mail).

Activities

Create an entry for each address (of courts, creditors and so on), that you require. Proceed in the following way:

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. In the Text field, enter an explanatory text for each address.
  3. Select an entry and choose the Address icon.

    You access the Edit Address screen.

  4. Enter the exact data for the address selected and choose Copy.
  5. Save your data.

Further notes

For every address that you save in the view Addresses via Address Management, the system assigns a clear key. If you finally store a garnishment in the system, you can access the keys named in the Garnishment/Cession D (0111) infotype using the following fields:

  • Court Key
  • Creditor Key
  • Correspondence Key
