Requirements
Field PERID from the 'Personal Data' infotype (0002) is used as an alternative personnel number.
Standard settings
When a new employee is hired, the R/3 system assigns him/her a standard personnel number. If an alternative personnel number is also used (field PERID must be activated in infotype 0002 in order to do this), it can then be used as an alternative personnel number in some HR reports.
The personnel number used (standard or alternative) is controlled by feature PERID. Feature PERID is generated in the standard system and has the value SPACE, i.e. the standard personnel number is used in the reports.
Note: The feature must be generated.
Activities
The feature controls the following reports:
- Prel.program - Data medium exchange for several paymt runs (RPCDTAD0)
- DUEVO messages for employee (RPCDUMD0)
- Print notifications for supplementary pension fund (RPCZVMD1)
If you want to use the alternative personnel number (PERID), you must modify feature PERID to suit your requirements and generate it. For further information on feature PERID, please refer to the feature documentation.
If you want to use the standard personnel number, you do not need to make any changes here.
