Report RPCRSVD0 creates applications for reimbursement of SI contributions for rehabilitants. If a payroll period gives a monthly reimbursement amount that is different from the amount in the last application, a new application is created. Because the monthly value for entry/leaving during a month is calculated by projecting the actual contribution to the whole month, this may cause retroactive differences in the reimbursement amounts.
With the constant REHAB, you can specify that changes are not reported unless they reach this amount. This amount should usually not exceed a few pfennigs.
Example
A rehabilitant starts a program with a planned duration from April 20 to May 31. If the monthly social insurance (SI) amount is DEM250, the payroll program would calculate a payable amount of DEM 91.67 for the 11 SI days in April. If this is projected in the report for April, the monthly reimbursement amount is DEM250.01. However, the actual value for May would be DEM250. If no new reimbursement application is to be created for this example, the constant REHAB would thus be at least DEM0.01.
