In this step, you assign the function models to the organizational subareas. The function model is used together with the rehabilitants function to determine the division under which the reimbursement application is administered at the employment office.

Standard settings

Model 01: Occupational rehabilitants in a recognized workshop for challenged persons or for blind persons (&55 par.1 no.6 SGB V, §20 par.1 no.7 SGB XI)

Model 02: Education program for career advancement in a institution for challenged persons (§5 par.1 no.6 SGB V, §20 par.1 no.5 SGB XI, §1 no.3 SGB VI, §168 par.1 AFG)

Recommendation

We recommend that you do not change models 01 and 02.

Activities

  1. Choose Maintain return value in feature ODMOD.
  2. You access the maintenance interface for feature ODMOD.
  3. Modify feature ODMOD to suit your organizational structure and particular requirements. Note that you can also use this feature for the supplement to maternity pay or for calculating special bonuses or vacation bonuses as well as for the Rehabilitants function. The function key 07 must be used for the Rehabilitants function.
  4. Choose Save and Activate.
  5. Choose Back.
  6. Choose Assign function model to return value. You access the maintenance interface of the Assignment of Function Model with Selection of Function table.
  7. In the Model field, assign specification 01 or 02 to the return values of feature ODMOD (see definitions above).
  8. Choose Save.
