Service allowances are listed in the ISKD statistics in dataset II in a field with a length of 37 characters. You enter either a 0 or 1 for each field position (1 - 37), depending on whether the bonus exists or not.
Method
The wage types that are to be taken into account as a service bonus are entered in table T512E in the ISKD form with the key 'OAMT'.
The bonus is listed in a particular position in the 37-character field, depending on the employee's pay scale grouping. You determine the position in which the wage type is printed in the 37-character field in feature DOI07.
Example
Wage tyep '1000' is stored in form 'ISKD' with key 'OAMT' in table T512E. If an employee's payroll results contain this wage type, the system identifies that this wage type is to be listed as a service bonus. The position in which the bonus is flagged with a 1 is determined by reading feature 'DOI07' with the employee's pay scale group. The return value of the feature (between 1 and 37) determines the position.
