In exceptional cases, it must be possible to manually enter a pension payment that has been calculated manually. To do this, at least two wage types must be available for entering the payment for the pension holder and for the surviving dependants.

Wage types containing a pension payment that has been calculated manually must be assigned the specification 3 in processing class 83.

Standard settings

The standard SAP system includes the two model wage types O006 and O007 which have the following meaning:

  • O006: Manual entry of pension payment for retired public sector employees
  • O007: Manual entry of pension payment for surviving dependants

Activities

  1. In the Pension Recipients: PRCL 83 view, check processing class 83 for the corresponding wage types.
  2. If required, make changes.
  3. Choose Save.
