For the pension recipient statistics, the gross pay for the previous year (input fields 19 and 20) and the regular pay for the reporting month of January (input field 21) must be included in the notification, The regular pay (input field 19) and the one-off payments (input 20) are differentiated in the notification for the gross pay in the previous year.
In this step, you check the cumulation classes 69 and 74 for all wage types whose amount is taken into account in the pension recipient statistics as a regular payment or one-off payment. Each wage type should only be included in one of the cumulation classes.
All regular pay must be included in cumulation 69. This includes the child-related portion of the family bonus, the annual special bonus, and the adjustment amount as defined in the Public Sector Pensions Act (BeamtVG) §50 (3).
The one-off payments are included in the cumulation 74. This includes lump-sum payments to widows (§21 BeamtVG), death benefit (§18 BeamtVG), one-off compensation for an accident (§43 BeamtVG), adjustment for particular age limits (§ BeamtVG, §38 SVG).
Example
The wage type /OVA (adjustment amount §50) is a regular payment and is included in the pension recipient statistics. For this reason, the wage type must be assigned to cumulation class 69.
