The position-based minimum pension is 35% of the pensionable pay plus an increase amount as defined in the BeamtVG (Public Sector Pension Act §14 (2). If it is more favorable, the position-independent minimum pension can also be paid.

This is calculated using the final level of pay seniority level A4.

In this step, you specify the pay scale type and pay scale area in which salary scale A is defined so that the system can determine values. As a further restruction, the specifications for pay scale group A4 and the final level must also be specified.

In the model table, you assign a valid model to each combination of personnel area, personnel subarea, employee group, and employee subgroup. This model is specified in a separate table.

The position -independent minimum pension for salary group A4 is increased by an increase amount (currently DM 60) for the pension holder and the widow/er.

Depending on the reason for the start of the pension, you must also maintain different percentage rates (for example, the percentage rate for position -independent minimum pension if an accident occurs is 66.66%)
