You can use feature DOV01 to control whether a default value is placed in the Adj. field when a new record is created. You can do this for each subtype for an infotype.
If you make an entry in the Identification field, the system checks whether the number is a pension insurance number. You can define which message is displayed if the incorrect check digit is used.
The return value of feature DOV01 is structured as follows:
kk/m
Where;
- kk is the default value for the Adj. field
- m is the notification type for the check of the pension insurance number
Example
You want to set the value 01 (manual adjustment) as the default value for the Adj. field for all subtypes. For subtype 1 (suspension rule §55), the system should display a warning if an incorrect pension insurance number is entered. For all other subtypes, no check should be carried out.
