Use
When calculating the leave and sick pay supplement, you require various wage types in order to make the relevant calculations and cumulations.
The system uses the following wage types for the Collective Agreement for the Public Sector pay scale definition:
- Monthly Time Bonuses
- Weekly Workdays
- Bonus Prev. Month TVOeD Bonus Prev. Month TVOeD
- Manual Specification of Premium Percentage
Activities
The purpose of this step is to provide you with an overview of all wage types used when calculating the leave and sick pay supplement for the relevant pay scale definition.
You define the wage types for calculating the leave and sick pay supplement in the section entitled Define Wage Types to Be Used where wage type models are created.
Recommendation
We recommend that you copy the wage types used in the standard SAP system.
Only when calculating a second premium rate do you have to copy all of the wage types used in the wage type model to the relevant pay scale definition, so that you can make the various calculations and cumulations in separate wage types. In the BMT-G pay scale, you must, for example, create different premium rates for changing foreman's activities.
However, you cannot copy the wage types in this section.
Further notes
If you want to copy wage types for the pay scale definition AVR Caritas (so that you can calculate a second premium rate), proceed as follows:
- Call transaction PU30 for copying wage types.
- Choose the Copy maintenance action.
- Enter Germany.
You now access the maintenance interface for the wage type copier. - Choose Change wage type group.
- Enter 5TU6 as the wage type group for the pay scale definition AVR Caritas.
- Enter the key for your customer wage types in the CWType field and the relevant descriptions in the Wage type long text and Short text fields.
- Choose Copy.
