In this step you can create the name of an existing model, or create a new model.
When calculating the leave and sick pay premium, it may be necessary to start a new calculation period (for example, if an employee joins or leaves the company, or if the working time changes). Neither a premium fixed at this time nor cumulated calculated bases can be taken into account when the premium for the new calculation period is paid.
The different events that trigger the start of a new calculation period are grouped in a model.
Standard settings
In the standard system, the necessary events for the collective agreements BAT, BMT-G, MTArb, and AVR Caritas have already been grouped into models.
If you do not use any other collective agreements, or the collective agreements do not change at short notice, the standard system should meet your requirements.
Activities
If you want to create other models, proceed as follows:
- Select an existing entry and choose Copy.
Alternatively, choose New entries.
- In the table, enter a 2-character model identifier, and assign a model text.
