- Monthly time bonuses
- Cumulated time bonuses for the current year
- Current premium rate
- Premium rate from previous month
- Manual entry of premium rate
- Fixed premium rate from previous year
- Cumulated time bonuses from previous year (2nd half-year)
Activities
This step gives you an overview of all wage types used when calculating the leave and sickness premium for the pay scale definition in question.
You define the wage types for the calculation of leave and sickness premiums in the section Define Wage Types to be Used where wage type models are created.
Recommendation
SAP recommends that you copy the wage types used in the standard system.
To calculate the second premium rate, you must copy all wage types used in the wage type model for the collective agreement in question. This allows you to perform all the different calculations and cumulations using separate wage types. For the BMT-G collective agreement, for example, it is necessary to calculate different premium rates for different foreman activities.
You do not copy the wage types in this section.
