You can define individual rules for the creation of and payment of premium and/or vacation allowance using the infotype Special Regulations (0265). Above all, you must remember to include the employees who start work during the fiscal year.

You can override the following fields:

  • Premium
    • Lock automatic generation: Here you deactivate the automatic generation of the premium.
    • Entitlement: Here you control whether the employee should receive a premium in spite of not having an entitlement, and/or whether the employee should not receive a premium in spite of an existing entitlement.
    • Assessment month: Here you can define the assessment month.
    • Payment month: Here you can define the payment month.
    • Imputation months: With this field you can override the number of months for which the employee receives a proportion of the premium.
    • Leave supplement: With this field you control whether or not the additional bonus for leave should be considered when valuating the premium.
    • SP-liablility for spec.bonus: With this field, you can either block or force calculation of contributions for the bonus.
    • No. contribution months: With this field, you can store the number of months for which the bonus is subject to contributions to supplementary pension.
  • Vacation allowance
    • Lock automatic generation: see above.
    • Entitlement: see above.
    • Payment month: see above.

The end of the validity period for a record for the Special Rules infotype should always correspond to the end of the fiscal year.
