You must check the basic pay monthly to ensure that all of the employees have the pay level that corresponds to the seniority reference.
When an age related pay increase is necessary, it is essential to delimit the infotype Basic Pay to the start of the month and to recalculate the current pay scale level on the basis on the seniority reference.
This is done by report RPITUM00. The report checks all of the employees and creates a batch input session provided that you have selected the corresponding parameters.
