Set Up Distribution Key, Supplementary Line, and Address Line

In this step, you set up the remaining notification data in the employer table T5D5B. In additon to the fields for taxation of contribution, this table also contains the fields for data for the notification program. This group contains three lines, each containing several fields and they determine the
distributor key used for the identify the employee in each notification,
extra key in the Use supplementary record, and the
address key used in the address record.
The abbreviations used to create the distributor key and the address lines are described in the F1 Help for the fields. The entries for the extra line are transferred unchanged.
Example
The address line contains the abbreviations ANR NKV STR ORT. This mean that in the address record, the four lines of the address contain the form of address, the surname and first names the street, and city the data for the employee.
Standard settings
The distributor key and extra line are blank in the standard system, the address line contains the entries ANR NKV STR ORT as shown in the above example.
Activities
On the overview screen of the employer table, select an entry.
Choose Detail. You access the detail view of the employer table.
Change the content of the above fields as required.
