In this step, you define how the address of the sender appears in the preliminary record for the notification to the SPF and in the delivery note for the notifications. Note that sender refers to the contact person for questions regarding the notifications and does not refer to the address for correspondance from the supplementary pension fund (SPF) (if these addresses differ).

Action: Maintain Address of Sender
You access the initial screen of the address table (T536A). Choose New entries.
In the Type field, always enter /A.
In the Address field, enter an eight-character key of your choice (for example, an abbreviation of the sender's name). Use the same key for six lines (so that you can maintain the different lines of the address - see next step).
In the ID field, enter the letters A to F. Maintain the adjacent Address text field as follows:
A = Sender's name
B = Street and house number for sender
C = Postal code and location for sender
D = Name of DP work scheduler
E = Telephone number of work scheduler
F = Sender data (not evaluated by the SPF)
Choose Save.
Action: Assign Sender's Address to SPF
You access the initial screen of the SPF data table (T5D5Z). Select one of the SP funds.
On the detail screen, the Preliminary record group contains the the Sender address field. Enter the eight-character key that you previously set up in the table of addresses.
