In this step, you set up external account numbers. This is only required if the six character Account number field in the account number table is not sufficient. The feature DZVEX enables you to convert the "internal" account numbers from the account number table to other "external" numbers. These are then written to the data medium. CAUTION: If you want to use account numbers with more than 6 characters, you must also modify the notification fields table T5D5D in all entries with the field name 'KTONR'.
The return value "*" means that the "internal" account number is also used as the "external" account number. The feature for all non-explicit account numbers should, therefore, always contains this line:

Standard settings
In the standard system, each internal account number can also be used externally, in other words, the feature is
DKTONR ****** &DZVEX=*
Recommendation
Please only use the external account numbers if your account numbers are not set up using the account number table.
Activities
In the feature DZVEX, enter your external account numbers based on the "internal" account number from the account number table.
