In this step, you use feature DZV08 to control whether remuneration liable to supplementary pension insurance paid during a period of unpaid leave is included in a notification in the Absences segment (return value: blank) or whether it is assigned to the last segment with the regular remuneration (return value: X).

Standard settings

In the standard system, the DZV08 feature is preset to return value blank in operation DZV08 for all supplementary pension fund keys apart from 16 (increase amount) and 50/53 (employer supplement for exempt insurance).

Activities

Modify the DZV08 feature to meet your company requirements as follows:

  1. In the variable key, enter your supplementary pension fund keys and the corresponding insurance type, and either a blank or an X as the return value.
  2. Choose Check.
  3. Choose Generate.
  4. Choose Save.
