In this step, you define how data is to be entered in the fields of the totals record from the payroll results. This takes place in feature DZV05. The wage type amount is stored in the totals record field containing the field number of the return value for operation DZV05 depending on which combination key and wage type is used.

Activities

To modify feature DZV05, proceed as follows:

  1. Check whether the system differentiates between your combination keys in the variable key for feature DZV05. Normally, the combination keys are processed in the same way.
  2. You must now check whether the variable key contains the wage types to which the totals record is to be imported.
  3. Check that the fields which provide the corresponding field numbers for your supplementary pension funds have been entered as return values.
  4. Make changes if necessary.
  5. Choose Check.
  6. Choose Generate.
  7. Choose Save.
