In this step, you define how the contribution data is displayed in the statement of contributions RPCZVKD2. To do this, you use table T5D5R to store different list variants. You can also calculate other amounts using the payroll wage types and calculation rules (arithmetical expressions).
Standard settings
In the standard system, table T5D5R contains the variants 00 and 01. The entries for variant 00 contain data for the header of the contribution statement that lists calculation values from particular tables. In variant 01, you can find the amounts to be printed for each employee together with the text and calculation rule.
Activities
To modify table T5D5R, proceed as follows:
Change the fields in table T5D5R as required.
We recommend that you copy the existing entries to another variant and then modify the copy.
To do this, select the lines that you want to copy
Choose Copy
Overwrite the Variant field with a different number and, if necessary, modify the fields.
Note the following conventions when you change the calculation rule (arithmetical description)
Operands can be wage types (with a leading /), constants (decimal numbers), or variables used in the program.
Operations can be the basic calculation types +, -, *, / or > (maximum) and < (minimum).
Operands and operations must be alternate and be separated by blank characters. They are processed sequentially from left to right (the usual rule of * and / before + and -) does not apply. Parentheses are not permitted.
