In this step, you define wage types for the employer's contribution to exempt insurance and the total rendered in contributions to such an insurance. These wage types are used to calculate the increase amount. Exempt insurance includes:
Voluntary statutory pension insurance
Exempt life insurance
Insurance by professional pension organizations
To do this, you maintain feature DZV01, which assigns the name of the insurance body to the aforementioned wage types.
Requirements
The Wage Type Valuation table already includes SAP model wage types /369 (ER allowance, limited PI) and /36J (ded. contrib. PI supp. 1). You can normally use these without modification. However, if your employees have both exempt life insurance (insurance type 50) as well as insurance policies with professional pension organizations (insurance type 53), you must also use wage types $369 and $36J or use your own wage types which are copies of /369 or /36J.
Standard settings
In the standard system, feature DZV01 does not have a wage type specified as the return value.
Activities
Enhance feature DZV01 by inserting additional lines with the operation DZV01 (differentiate according to insurance body) and enter xxxx/yyyy as the return value where xxxx is a copy of /36J and yyyy is a copy of /369. You take the identifier for the insurance body from the Institution field in infotype 0079.
