In this step, you define the procedure for the taxation of standard and supplementary contributions.

Standard settings

In the standard system, in the employer table under employer key 000001, the Desired tax process field is preset to P for flat-rate taxation of the contribution amount, the Annual/monthly taxation field is preset to M for monthly taxation,

the Flat-rate tax per month field contains the current monthly assessment threshold, and the Annual flat-rate tax field contains the current annual threshold for flat-rate taxation.

Activities

To modify the tax procedure or the upper threshold on flat-rate taxation, you:

  1. Select the respective entry in the employer table.
  2. Choose Details.

    The employer table display appears.

  3. Change the contents of the Desired tax process field, the Annual/monthly flat-rate tax field and the Annual flat-rate tax field.
  4. Choose Save.
