In this step, you modify feature VAGKY. This feature assigns an employer key to each employee depending on his or her organizational assignment to a company code, personnel area and personnel subarea. A supplementary pension fund is then assigned to each employee as the processing center for the employee's supplementary pension. This is done using the employer key.

Example

To assign the employee from personnel subarea 0001 to the employer key 000001, and to assign all other employees to the employer key 000002, the feature must have the following structure:

Requirements

Before modifying feature VAGKY, make sure that keys are assigned to the SPI table, and that employer keys and supplementary pension funds are assigned to the employer table.

Activities

  1. Enter your employer keys as return values in feature VAGKY using the organizational assignment values.
  2. Choose Check.
  3. Choose Generate.
  4. Choose Save.
