Use

You use this IMG activity to check the default cumulation of supplementary pension fund (SPF) relevant wage types in the standard system in the Processing Classes, Cumulations, and Evaluation Classes table (V_512W_D) with regard to their cumulation. If you use wage types that deviate from the standard or if you have supplemental pension-liable amounts that are not provided as such in the standard, define these wage types in one of the following cumulations:

  • 45 = Supplementary pension-liable one-time payment
    -> Standard supplementary pension-liable one-time payment
  • 49 = Supplementary pension-liable contribution
    -> Contribution that is factored in accordance with the assessment month of the supplementary pension in the payroll
  • 50 = Supplementary pension-liable normal remuneration
    -> Ongoing, supplementary pension-liable remuneration that is paid to the employee on a regular basis (payments including flat-rate overtime payments)
  • 51 = Supplementary pension-liable special remuneration
    -> Ongoing, supplementary pension-liable remuneration that is paid to the employee following expenditure (for example, occasional remuneration such as overtime compensation for the 21st of April)

Activities

  1. Select the wage types whose cumulations you want to change and choose Details.
  2. Select the required cumulations.
  3. Choose Save.
