Use

You use this IMG activity to maintain the direct assignment of the personnel areas/subareas to the supplementary pension (SP) employer.

This is required if you selected the Direct Assignment to PA Reporting checkbox in the IMG activity Maintain Assignment to SP Employer.

The assignment must be maintained from January 1st 2002.

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries in the Determination of Personnel Area Reporting table.
  2. Choose the ZVMP sub-application (SP Reporting) and enter the personnel area and personnel sub area.
  3. Define the validity period in the Periods group area.
  4. Enter the personnel area and subarea reporting in the Summarized In group area.
  5. Choose Save.
