Use

You use this IMG activity to maintain the license number for automatic data transmission.

You define the license number for automatic data transmission (see section 2.2 of the DATÜV-ZVE) here. You also have to enter the address of the sender (see sections 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 of the DATÜV-ZVE).

If your supplementary pension institute (SPI) does not give you a license number, enter a dummy license number. If you have entered multiple computer centers that all send data carriers to your SPI with no license number use, and if a separate data carrier is to be sent for each computer center, the dummy license numbers for your computer centers must all be different.

Standard settings

The license number must be correctly set up at least from January 1st 2002, since the SP notification program 2006 must be able to generate notifications from this date.

Activities

To maintain the license number for automatic data transmission, proceed as follows after calling up the IMG activity:

  1. Select an entry in the Set Up Supplementary Pension Institute table.
  2. Double-click Define Data Center in the dialog structure and call the table for the selected SPI.
  3. Maintain the table in accordance with your requirements.
  4. Choose Save.
