Use
You can use this IMG activity to set up supplementary pension institutes/SPIs (as investment institutes of the German Pension Reform (GPR).
Among other things, you have to enter the previously set up SPI groups, the key of the record type structures, and the payee keys. Until further notice, you use the CL_HRPBSDEZV_DEFAULT_NOTIF_FAC class as the notification factory. Later on, this class can be used as a customer exit to add customer-specific notification content that differs from that provided by the standard SAP system.
Standard settings
If an SPI has different ring-fencings (for example, east and west in the case of the VBL), you only have to enter the SPI once here. You create the ring-fencings later on in the Maintain Ring-Fencings IMG activity.
The SPI must be correctly set up at least from January 1st 2002, since the SP notification program 2006 must be able to generate notifications from this date.
Activities
To set up your SPI, call the IMG activity and then proceed as follows:
- Select an entry from the Set Up Supplementary Pension Institute table and then click on Details.
Note:
The SVK and VBL are supplementary pension institutes. The other entries in the table are general pension funds of the GPR and are not necessarily SPIs; they are thus not relevant for the SP notification program 2006. - Maintain the required fields for the various groups.
- Choose Save.
