Use

You use this IMG activity to define an SPI group that represents the belonging supplementary pension institutes that want to receive the same notifications.

Standard settings

The following groups are defined in sample Customizing:

• VBL (see section 9.2.1 of the DATÜV-ZVE)
• AKA as an example of a communal/church SPF (see section 9.2.2 of the DATÜV-ZVE)
• BVK as an example of a communal/church SPFs with a special feature regarding the required record types in the annual notification
• KVBW as an example of an SPI that does not want to receive notifications any more

Activities

Proceed as follows to define addition notification-relevant events:

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter the SPI group and its description into the table and select an indicator for the marking of special supplementary pension institutes from the Recognition of SPI column.
3. Choose Save.
