Use
If the personnel areas of a client are assigned to different family equalization funds, a distinction must be made between the family equalization funds when responding to ZK01 queries.
The following Customizing activities of this section are required only if ZK01 queries are to be answered for multiple family equalization funds in one client. If the personnel areas of a client are assigned to only one family equalization fund, you do not need to perform any Customizing activity.
You can differentiate between family equalization funds in the system using Personnel Area Reporting.
In the Customizing activity Edit Personnel Areas for Family Equalization Funds, you can use the subapplication ZfA: Family Equalization Funds (ZFAF) to group together different personnel areas and personnel subareas for one personnel area/personnel subarea of the family equalization fund. You use the subapplication ZfA: Sender ZfA Family Equalization Funds (Data Provider) (ZFFO) to define the personnel area/personnel subarea of the family equalization fund as the sending personnel area in B2A Manager.
In the Customizing activity Define Company Number of Family Equalization Fund, you enter for each of the various family equalization funds the company number that is recognized by the ZfA for the particular family equalization fund. This company number is contained in the inbound ZK01 notifications and is therefore required for the assignment of the inbound notifications to the personnel area of the family equalization fund.
You require additional entries in the view ZfA: Settings for WebSphere MQ (V_T5DPBS2MQ) for those sending personnel areas for which no connection data was entered until now. You can enter this data in Customizing under Payroll: Germany -> Communication with Authorities (B2A) -> Data Exchange with ZfA (Public Sector) -> Technical Basics in the Customizing activity Maintain WebSphere MQ Data.
