The calculation of the time accumulated up to now is calculated from the length of service in company for the current combination of case group catalog/pay scale group/case group. Alternatively, it can be overriden by using a 'Start of progression time' date type in infotype 41.
In addition, previous employment periods that are entered in infotype 0363 are taken into account.
