Use

You can use this Customizing activity to assign a previously defined SPA/GPA parameter to the subapplication. In the test system, you can use this SPA/GPA parameter for tests to assign the start of the subapplication to a date (in YYYYMMDD format) for individual users.

If this SPA/GPA parameter is specified in the user settings, this date has priority over the entries in Customizing tables T596C and T596D as well as over the evaluation of the BAdI HRPAY00_B_APPL_VALIDITY, if it is defined. This also applies if the parameter is used to move the date into the future.

Requirements

The assignment only affects those subapplications for which it is possible to define the BAdI, that is, those that are listed in view V_T77PAY00_APPL.

You use the transaction SM30 to create your own SPA/GPA parameter in the table TPARA.
