The constant MSCHG contains the amount that is usually paid by the health insurance fund as maternity pay for each calendar day.

When the maternity pay supplement is calculated, the calculated or specified average remuneration per calendar day is reduced by this amount.

The remaining amount is paid as the supplement to maternity pay.

Standard settings

The value of constant MSCHG complies with the current statutory regulations and should only be changed if the corresponding regulation changes.

Activities

Enter the country grouping 01.

You access the maintenance screen for the payroll constants.

  1. If the value of constant MSCHG has changed due to a new statutory regulation, you can overwrite this amount when the new regulation becomes effective.
  2. Choose Save

&ADDITIONAL HINTS&

  • If it is absolutely necessary, you can make a retroactive change, however, retroactive accounting would have to take place for all persons concerned.
  • If required, you can also use an alternative constant name. If you do so, you must enter the alternative name in the model table for supplement calculation.
