In this step you assign special processing to a valuation rule.

In earlier releases, the calculation of allowances called an appropriate personnel calculation rule, which performed the actual allowance calculation during the Maternity Protection absence period. As of Release 4.0B (or preliminary transports), the jump to the personnel calculation rule is no longer required. A new payroll function now calculates the allowance (function D0ZMG with parameter CALC).

Activities

  1. Select your Maternity Protection valuation rule.
  2. Choose Detail.
  3. Delete the personnel calculation rule entered for the Maternity Protection valuation rule which was previously used for the calculation of the allowance.

    Note that you must maintain all absence valuation groups with the Maternity Protection valuation rule.

  4. Choose Save.
