Use

In this IMG activity, you adjust the feature grouping for special and non-recurring payments (DOSEZ). This feature assigns a grouping to each employee, depending on their operational and organizational assignment (for example, pay scale type, company code, personnel area and so on). models with calculation formulas for the special and non-recurring payment are assigned to the employee using this grouping.

The feature is evaluated in the calculation function DOSEZ.

Requirements

In the IMG activity Set Up Grouping, you have maintained the view Groupings for Model Assignment for SNrP (T5DPBS05).

Standard settings

Activities

Proceed as follows if you want to create unique assignments for the grouping, depending on the relevant operational or organizational assignment for the employee:

  1. In the variable argument in the feature DOSEZ, write the employee's operational or organizational assignment that you use (for example, pay scale type 33) and, as the operation, write the return value that you require in each case in the form &DOSEZ=<Return Value>.
  2. Choose Check.
  3. Choose Generate.
  4. Choose Save.

Example

To assign the grouping BESCH_TVOED (employees in the CAPS (federal)) to employees that have the pay scale type 33, and to not have any model assignment for the grouping for all other pay scale types, the feature must have the following form:
