Use
In this IMG activity, you set up the groupings for annual special payments, and you use the IMG activity Assign Models to Groupings in further Customizing to assign models to these.
You can use the feature DOSEZ in the IMG activity Grouping for Special and Non-Recurring Payment to define which employees belong to a group.
The settings that are affected here apply not only for the annual special payment, but they also apply across the models.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the table T5DPBS05 (Groupings for Model Assignment for SNrP), the following groupings, amongst others, are set up as a template:
- BESCH_TVL Employees in the CAPSS
- BESCH_TVOED Employees in the CAPS (federal)
- BESCH_TVOED_VKA Employees in the CAPS (MEA)
Activities
Check the entries in the table T5DPBS05 and, if required, adjust them to the standard delivery (menu: Utilities -> Adjustment).
If, in addition to the SAP standard delivery, you require further groupings, proceed as follows:
- Choose New Entries.
- Enter the name and description for the grouping in the table.
- Choose Save.
