Use

In this IMG activity, you set up the grouping for special payment for PSEs in Bavaria and you use the IMG activity Assign Models to Groupings, Bavaria in further Customizing to to assign models to these.

You use the characteristic <DS:HRDS.DSYSLO_ECI549B_DOSEZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA_ __0VVV>DOSEZ in the IMG activity Grouping for Special and Non-Recurring Payments, Bavaria to define which employees belong to a group.

Requirements

Standard settings

In the table T5DPBS05, the following grouping is already set up as a template:

  • BEAMTE_BAY:    PSEs in Bavaria

Activities

If, in addition to the SAP standard delivery, you require further groupings, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter the name and description for the grouping in the table.
  3. Choose Save.
