Use
In this IMG activity, you set the calculation module for special and non-recurring payments and you assign the relevant function module and, if required, a reduction variant.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the table T5DPBS03 , the following calculation modules are already set up with the relevant function module as a template:

Note:
If you want to create further calculation modules, when assigning the function modules, you can use one of the function modules that are delivered (these start with HRPY_DOSEZ_CALC_) or you can copy the template HRPY_DOSEZ_CALC_VORLAGE to a new function module in a user-defined function group.
Each module that is used must be uniquely assigned to a function module.
Activities
If, in addition to the standard delivery, you want to create further calculation modules, proceed as follows:
- Choose New Entries.
- Enter the name and description for the calculation module in the table.
- Assign a function module in the column Function Module Calculation.
- If required, assign a reduction variant in the column Reduction Variant
- Choose Save.
Example
The calculation module for the increase amount for monthly special payment is FESTBETRAG_TRFGR. This depends on the employee's pay scale group and is implemented using the function module HRPY_DOSEZ_CALC_FESTBETR_TRFGR.
