Use
In this IMG activity, you set up the model for special and non-recurring payments, with which you reassign a calculation formula for a grouping.
Example:
SZBEAJAHR - Annual special payment for PSEs (model) for PSEs in Bavaria (grouping)
The models are assigned to the relevant groupings and they therefore control their calculation for special and non-recurring payments.
These assignments are used to map the fiscal and legal differences in the different federal states.
In the following IMG activities, you assign the required entitlement conditions, calculation modules and possible abbreviation variants to the models so that the models retain their actual function for calculating the relevant groupings.
Note:
The table T5DPBS01 already contains models as templates.
Note that this template may not completely correspond to your requirements and you may have to adjust it.
Standard settings
Activities
If you require other models in addition to the SAP standard delivery, proceed as follows:
- Choose New Entries.
- In the table, enter the name and the description for the model.
- Choose Save.
Example
The fixed amount "Special payment in Lower Saxony" consists of two components: the increase amount for the monthly special payment that applies as a current payment for tax purposes and the annual special payment for each child, which is handled as a sundry payment for tax purposes.
Due to the tax differences, you require two different statement wage types and therefore two models. In the standard delivery, these are the models SZBEAMON7 (Increase Amount of Special Payment) and SZBEAKIND7 (Annual Special Payment for Each Child) which are assigned to the grouping BEAMTE_NDS.
