Special service allowances are listed in the ISKD statistics in data record II in a field with a length of 42 characters. A '1' or '0' is entered for each field position (1 - 42), depending on whether the allowance exists or not.
Method
The wage types that are taken into account as special service bonuses are entered in table T512E in the ISKD form with the key 'OZ**' (** = field position, value: 51 - 93).
If the position of the wage type is not exclusively determined by the wage type, the feature 'DOI08' can also be maintained. The return value for the feature (values: 01 - 42) determines the field position based on the wage type and the pay scale classification.
Example Wage type '1000' is stored in table T512E in the ISKD form with the key OZ20. If an employee's payroll results contain this wage type, this wage type will be listed as an allowance for special services.
The position in which the allowance is flagged with a 1 is determined when feature DOI08 is read with the employee's pay scale group and wage type 1000. If a value is returned for the combination of pay scale group and wage type, the return value determines the position. If no value is found, the position is determined by the digits in key OZ20. This means that the wage type would be printed in position 20.
